Blue Yonder-SAP Integration Consultant

About the Role
We are a US Based Consulting Company hiring for a budgeted opportunity with our client, a Fortune 500 CPG organization in the midst of a multi-phase SAP transformation. As we enter Phase 2, we are seeking a seasoned Blue Yonder-SAP Integration Consultant(s) to serve as a critical advisor for the successful unification of our new SAP instance with Blue Yonder.
This role will be instrumental in shaping how both platforms work in concert, assessing legacy tools for decommissioning, and advising on ownership, task distribution, and optimal architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an integration advisor between SAP S/4HANA and Blue Yonder across planning, warehousing, and logistics functions
- Partner with in-house Blue Yonder SME to align solution architecture with broader enterprise design
- Provide insight into best-fit system responsibilities (SAP vs. Blue Yonder) and recommend transitions or sunsetting of legacy tools
- Collaborate across IT, architecture, and business teams to drive clarity on scope and sequencing
- Guide project stakeholders through Plan, Build, Implement, and Run phases with technical foresight and structured governance
- Document integration approaches, including key decision points, data flow recommendations, and dependency mapping
- Support knowledge transfer and team enablement to ensure long-term internal ownership
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) modules, particularly Warehouse Management and Demand/Supply Planning
- 3–5 years of SAP implementation experience, ideally within S/4HANA landscapes
- Strong consulting background in technology-led transformations, preferably in the CPG or manufacturing space
- Proven track record of working across multiple phases of system integration lifecycles
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain warehouse management systems, business process optimization, and data alignment (8–10 years)
- Exceptional communication skills—able to translate complex architecture decisions into practical, business-facing solutions
Preferred Attributes
- Familiarity with phased SAP program delivery models and enterprise architecture principles
- Comfortable facilitating high-stakes discussions with internal teams and external vendors
